Context
A Turkish neuroscience community needed a real product, not a brochure: authenticated members, gated video lessons, scored quizzes where the correct answer never ships to the browser, weekly competitions, 1v1 duels, and a public 3D atlas of cortical/subcortical regions. Heavy mobile traffic, dark theme, and a small admin team that publishes courses, questions (CSV/XLSX), news, blog, and homepage modules without touching code.

I built the full stack on Next.js 15 App Router (TypeScript strict), Tailwind + shadcn/ui, Supabase (Auth, Postgres + RLS, Storage, Realtime), Resend for transactional/campaign email, OpenAI for atlas chat and news covers, deployed on Vercel. Shipped a Netflix-like home with configurable modules (courses, news, atlas, blog visibility and extra-block order from admin). Course watch page with a custom YouTube player (progress, resume, mobile chrome stripped). Interactive Three.js brain atlas: region pick, dim-but-visible unselected meshes, opacity slider, subcortical toggle. News and blog pipelines. Quiz engines (solo, weekly, duel) with server-side scoring (performance.now / seeded RNG for neuro tests). Neuropsychology battery (Stroop, Flanker, Go/No-Go, PAL circular boxes, digit span, SWM, RVP, emotion recognition) with trial-level +1/−1 feedback. Admin: homepage layout, question bank XLSX import, campaign email with images, course CMS. Security: no correct answers on the client, service-role keys server-only, Zod on every mutation.
