How much does a custom web app cost?

It depends on the scope. After a short scoping call I send a phase-based proposal, with each phase priced and dated on its own, and you pay for one phase at a time. You can stop between phases. I don't give a number before I understand what we're building, because a guess up front is usually wrong.

How long does a project take?

Most projects take a few weeks to a few months, set by the phases we agree on. Each phase in the proposal has its own dates, not one vague deadline for everything. You get a weekly update while I build, so a delay shows up early. A small site is shorter; a product like a multi-tenant POS is longer.

Do you use WordPress or no-code tools?

No. Everything I ship is custom code, written for that project. Builders and no-code tools are faster to start and harder to own: you rent the stack, and performance depends on plugins. Custom code stays yours, loads faster, and can grow without a rewrite. I don't use WordPress.

Do you work with clients outside Turkey?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with clients outside Turkey, in English, from GMT+3, mostly async. I'm on Upwork as well as direct contracts, so we don't need to share a city or a workday. A weekly written update is the default, and we call only when a decision needs one.

Do you maintain projects after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Launch is a handover, not a disappearance. You get the repo, the deploy access, and a walkthrough of how to run what I built. After that I can stay on for fixes and small changes on a separate phase, priced and dated like the build, or you can take it in-house. I don't lock the project to me.

What stack do you use?

Accepted Answer

The usual stack is TypeScript, React, and Next.js on the front, with Supabase or Convex for data, deployed on Vercel. Mobile apps are React Native with Expo. I've also shipped Python and FastAPI services, and PHP when a host or an existing system required it. I pick the tool for the product, not from a template.
